Lead UX Designer

– Focusing on user-centered design principles I redesigned
iRecharge web and mobile User interface and experience.

– Carried out Usability tests on initial design solutions using tools like maze.io
to make sure the design actually solves the intended problem and improves the users’ experience

– Obtained user data with analytics reporting and leveraged
that data to create iterative improvements, increasing user satisfaction.

– Actively involved in interviewing candidates and
onboarded 2 team members on the team

– Created a design guide as well as a design culture
to help improve design processes

– Currently leading the team in building a design system
for the iRecharge web and Mobile applications

Bloomrydes  Mobile App

UX Designer and Frontend Developer

– Using the Design thinking process I conducted foundational research on the bloomrydes solution to verify that the solution solved a real problem for its users

– I properly defined the problem statements and user stories to help understand the users

– I ideated through possible design solutions, designed mockups and high-fidelity designs that meet the users’ needs

– I tested these designs and made adjustments to areas of improvement before properly handing off to the developers

– I built the frontend application of the driver subscription application that enables drivers to subscribe to use this service with Vue.js
